Postnov Lev Alekseevich (born 1927, Ryazan).

Studied at Moscow State Art Institute named after. V.I. Surikov at V.V. Pochitalova, V.K. Nechitailo, V.G. Tsyplakova. He graduated from the institute in 1952 in the workshop of P.D. Pokarzhevsky with his thesis “Icebreaker comes to the rescue”, for the writing of which he participated in an expedition to the North Sea
