Pozdeev Andrey Gennadievich (1926, Krasnoyarsk - 1998, Krasnoyarsk).

Studied at Moscow State Art Institute named after. V.I. Surikov. Participant of exhibitions since 1956. Leader of the "Krasnoyarsk" school in the 1970-1980s. Permanent exhibitor of city, regional, zonal and republican exhibitions. Author of landscapes, portraits, still lifes, genre scenes. Worked a lot in the field of graphics. Later creativity of A.G. Pozdeev is marked by the influence of neo-primitivism. Personal exhibitions of A.G. Pozdeev were held in 1974 in Krasnoyarsk, in 1993 in Moscow in the Central House of Artists on Krymsky Val. Works by A.G. Pozdeev’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, and in many regional museums. The artist’s works are included in the permanent exhibition of the State Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val.
