Razgulin Viktor Nikolaevich (1948, Gorodets).

Studied at the Art School named after. V. A. Serov in St. Petersburg. He has been painting since 1966. Since 1982 he has been a member of the Union of Artists. In 2003, the artist was awarded a silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts. The paintings are in the collections of the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg, the State Tretyakov Gallery and the Russian Academy of Arts in Moscow, and in the Art Museums of Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl and other cities.
