Painter, engraver. He studied in the workshop of A. Balestra in Venice, F. Trevisani in Rome and F. Solimena in Naples. He worked in Verona, Venice, Dresden, Vienna, and from 1757 - in St. Petersburg. The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, Tsarskoe Selo, the Kuskovo palace-estate, as well as in many European museums.
