Honored Artist of Mordovia. Laureate of the State Prize of Mordovia. In 1961 he graduated from the Cheboksary Art School. Since 1976, member of the Union of Artists. Permanent participant of All-Russian, regional and republican exhibitions. The artist’s personal exhibitions were held in Saransk in 1976, 1979, 1988, 1997. Works by Rozhnov N.P. are in many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia.
