Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Graduated from the Vitebsk Art College, studied at the Kiev Art Institute (since 1936) with P.I. Kotov, then at the Moscow State Art Institute. V.I. Surikov (1946 – 1950) from I.E. Grabar, V.P. Efanova. He defended his diploma under the guidance of V.P. Efanova. He won a gold medal for a series of portraits and a prize from the Union of Artists of the USSR for the painting “The Success of the Spinner.” Master of the historical genre and monumental everyday painting, as well as portraits. Regular participant in Moscow, republican and all-Union exhibitions. He worked on personal orders from the State Museums of the Soviet Union and the Union of Artists of Russia. The artist's personal exhibitions were held in Moscow in 1963, 1973 and 1983. Rozin's works are in the State Historical Museum, in the Museum of Contemporary History of Russia, in the fine arts museums of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Kostroma, Orel, Pskov, Rostov-on-Don and other Russian cities.
