Rubin Efim Evseevich (1919, Orel - 1992, Leningrad).

Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Graduated from the Institute. I.E. Repin from the workshop of M.I. Avilova. Participant of All-Union, All-Russian and zonal exhibitions since 1939. He taught at the school named after. Serov in Leningrad. The works are in many regional museums.
