Soviet artist. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1991) In 1938 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Since 1938 he taught at the Irkutsk Art School. Since the 1940s - a regular participant in city, regional and all-Union exhibitions. In 1941-1943 he worked in the Irkutsk art workshop "Agitokna TASS". The author's works are presented in the collection of the Irkutsk Regional Art Museum named after V.P. Sukachev and in other museums, as well as private collections.
