Ryasnyansky Mikhail Alekseevich

The painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He was born in Taganrog. He studied at the Rostov State University named after M. Grekov (1938). Graduated from KHI (1956). The teachers are T. Yablonskaya and S. Grigoriev. Participant of national and All-Union exhibitions since 1956. Professor KHI (late 1960s). Member of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences since 1976. People's Artist of Ukraine since 2001. He lived and worked in Kiev and Mykolaiv. A talented teacher: among his students there are over a hundred artists (laureates, honored cultural workers, honored artists). Landscape painter, portrait painter, author of genre works, paintings on historical subjects. It is represented in the National Museum of Fine Arts, Nikolaevsky Museum, and other museums in Ukraine and Russia.
