Painter. He studied at the Kursk Art School since 1935. In 1959 he entered the Moscow Higher Art School (formerly Stroganov). After graduating, he moved to Lipetsk, where he distinguished himself as a muralist. He created mosaics on the facade of Spartak, as well as a number of schools and cultural centers in Lipetsk and the region. The theme of sports is the main one for the artist in his easel painting.
