Painter, landscape painter, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1953, Sevastyanov has been a member of the Kyiv Association of Artists, and since 1958 - an artist in the production and art workshops of the USSR Art Fund. Since 1958, Viktor Sevastyanov has been participating in republican and all-Union art exhibitions. One of the most important for the painter was his first collective exhibition in Moscow, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Komsomol. After his death, his works were exhibited abroad: Nantes, Rennes, Brussels. The works are stored in the Gorlovka KG, Donetsk and Khmelnitsky Art Museums, private collections in England, France, Canada, Germany, Belgium.
