Artist, watercolorist. Known as a talented landscape painter. In 1875 he entered the Academy of Arts, where in 1878 he was awarded a large silver medal for one of his works. Several of the best student works by P.S. Seitgof were selected for the Academy of Arts Museum, and a number of works were acquired by the artist and art critic A.N. Benois for the collection of Princess M.K. Tenisheva. The artist's paintings were repeatedly exhibited at St. Petersburg exhibitions of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. The author's works are presented in the collection of the State Russian Museum and other museum and private collections.
