Soviet and Russian artist, monumental sculptor, avant-garde artist. Honored Artist of Russia. He created his own style of abstract depiction of female beauty. Together with former classmates Vadim Sidur and Vladimir Lemport, they created a creative association - “LeSS”. The association has a large number of monumental compositions made for government institutions not only of the Soviet Union, but also of foreign countries. About 50 objects have been decorated. Since 1954, member of the Ministry of Agriculture. Since 1956, exhibitor at many all-Union, regional and international exhibitions. The artist’s works are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, MMSI, the Foundation of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, as well as in other state museums and private collections.
