Soviet artist. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. In 1955 he graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute. Since 1963 he has participated in republican exhibitions, and since 1965 - in all-Union exhibitions. Works by Sitchikov A.S. presented in museum and private collections.
