Sitnikov Alexander Grigorievich (born 1945, Penza region).

Painter. Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, Member of the USSR Union of Artists, Moscow Union of Artists. Awards: State Prize of the Russian Federation, Grand Prix at the 5th Triennial of Contemporary Art (India), 1st prize at the 7th Biennale of Contemporary Art (Czechoslovakia), Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. Graduated from Moscow State Art Institute named after. Surikov (1972). Since 1966 he has participated in Moscow, republican and all-Union exhibitions. The artist’s works are in museums and private collections in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Bulgaria, China, USA, Switzerland, Italy, etc.
