Skokov Vladimir (1966, Priekule, Latvian USSR).

From 1982 to 1987 he studied at the Tolyatti Art School. Leningrad Prize in the field of design (1988). Since 1990, member of the Union of Artists of the Federal Republic of Germany. 2000 – grant from Fulda, Germany. 2002 – international grant from the city of Pino, Brandenburg. Lives in Berlin. The works are in private collections.
