Soviet painter. Member of the Union of Artists (1980). In 1953 he graduated from the Vladimir Art and Crafts School. In the 1960s went to sketches with the founders of the Vladimir school of painting, whose influence can be seen in his works. He considered Kim Britov to be his teacher. Worked as an exhibition designer at VDNKh. Since the 1970s - a regular participant in regional and all-Union exhibitions. The artist’s personal exhibition took place in Vladimir in 2004. The author’s works are in art museums in Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, as well as in private collections.
