Sokolov Evgeniy Mikhailovich

Honored artist, painter, landscape painter. Since 1948, member of the Moscow Union of Artists. Since 1958, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Graduated from: “Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V. I. Surikov (MGAHI)” 1939-1950 (study was interrupted by the war). Participant of All-Union and foreign exhibitions: in Austria (1972), in Switzerland (1973), in Finland (1986), in Poland (1977-1986), in Yugoslavia (1986), in Japan, China, in Spain (“Russian Realism” 2004). The works are in the Embassies and Consulates of Russia: in the USA “Rostov Belfry”. 1970; in Poland, Czechoslovakia, Cuba, Germany, Peru, France, in the Italian-Soviet Friendship Committee, in the German-Russian Friendship Committee.
