Sokolov Mikhail Georgievich (1875-1953).

He studied at the Moscow School of Painting and Painting, then at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1907-1902) with I.E. Repina. He took part in exhibitions: the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, the Spring Exhibitions of the Academy of Arts, the Society of Russian Watercolorists, the Society of Artists named after. I.E. Repin", AHRR. The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of the Academy of Arts, and in many other museum collections in Russia.
