Sokolov Yakov Semenovich (1885 - ?).

Painter. Author of landscapes and genre compositions. Studied at MUZHVZ. He was exhibited at exhibitions of students of the Moscow Academy of Painting and Art Exhibition (1907-1916), at the exhibition “Artists for Soldiers” (1914), at the 44th exhibition of the TPHV in 1916, at exhibitions of the Society of Artists “Free Creativity” (Moscow, 1911-1916).
