Painter. Genus. September 7, 1915 in the village. Kobelyaki, now Poltava region. - mind. October 5, 1991 in Kharkov. Participant in hostilities during the Great Patriotic War. He graduated from the Kharkov Art College (1931-37), the Kharkov Art Institute (1937-41; 1945-47), where he studied with N. Samokish, M. Kozik, S. Besedin. Member of the Union of Artists' Union since 1948. Participant of republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions since 1944. Personal exhibitions: Kharkov - 1975,1986; Merefa (Kharkov, region) - 1984. Taught at Kharkov State Art Institute (since 1947), professor (since 1974).
