(1919-1925) at the theater and decoration department of the Moscow Moscow Art Theater (1926-1932) with V. N. Baksheev. She worked as an artist's assistant under the direction of Yu. A. Zavadsky (1932-1933). Worked at MTH (1941-1945). Since the late 1940s she has been illustrating books. Solo exhibitions: Ivanovo, Kineshma (1983). Fateeva Irina Anatolyevna (1908 - ?) Soviet artist, graphic artist, who devoted a significant part of her creative activity to the theme of Russian fairy tales. Born in 1908 in Kyiv. She began her art education at the Moscow State College of Arts in memory of the 1905 uprising; in 1937 she graduated from the All-Russian Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg. Fateeva’s teachers were masters of such a high level as K. Petrov-Vodkin, A. Savinov. Since 1942 I.A. Fateeva works in a creative union with the artist Galina Sergeevna Solovyova (1908-1984). I.A. Fateeva and G.S. Solovyov won recognition not only in the USSR, but also abroad, participating in art exhibitions in Montreal (exhibition "Fiction", 1967), England (exhibition "Soviet Prints", 1968), Romania, USA, Stockholm (solo exhibition "Russian Folk Tales", 1982), as well as in Japan (exhibition "Russian folk tale", 1967), Tokyo, Nagasaki, etc. Works by artists are in museums such as the Pushkin Museum.
