Painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Born in 1918 in the village of Grivki, Saratov region. In 1939 he graduated from the Moscow Art School in memory of 1905. Since 1960, the artist became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. He has taken part in art exhibitions since 1954. V. Starshinov’s favorite genre is landscape. V. Starshinov's artistic works are in private collections abroad: Germany, Japan, France.
