Sychugov Viktor Ivanovich (1837-1892)

Academician of architecture since 1867. Architect of the Russian Empire. He received his artistic education at the Academy of Arts under the direction of K.A. Tones. In 1861 he received a small silver medal for the program “Station on the Waters” and a large silver medal for the program “Project of a hunting castle for a rich nobleman.” In 1862 he received a gold medal for the “Project of the building of the Academy of Arts in one of the coastal cities of the southern region of Russia for 300 free students.” In 1864, a silver medal for “perspective from the project of the church of Professor A.I. Rezanov.”
