Graduated from the Art School and the Academy of Arts. Works as an illustrator. A. Shelyutto is a repeated participant in more than 20 biennials (Warsaw, Bruno, Mexico City, Fort Collins, Toyama, Taipei, Lahti, Helsinki, Paris, London, etc.). Art director of the Kommersant newspaper. For a series of posters for the IMA-Press advertising campaign, he received a silver award from the American art-directors club, and is a member of the jury of numerous design and advertising competitions. He was also awarded a special award by the UN Secretary General.
