Shiryaev Georgy Alexandrovich (1878-?).

Painter, teacher. Representative of Russian impressionism. Received an art education at the Moscow Imperial Stroganov School. Studied with Professor D. Shcherbinovsky. He graduated from college in 1911. From 1901 to 1918 he was a member of the Nizhny Novgorod Society of Artists. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists. Participant of exhibitions since 1937. The artist’s works are in many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
