Shlyater Alexander Fedorovich (1834, Dorpat-1879).

Landscape artist. He studied at the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg (1853-1857). In 1869 he received the title of free artist of landscape painting. From 1872 he lived in Düsseldorf.
