Shmarov Pavel Dmitrievich (1874, Voronezh - 1955, Paris).

Painter. In 1886 - 1890 he studied at the Voronezh district school. From 1894 to 1899 – volunteer student of the Academy of Arts in the workshop of I.E. Repina. Pensioner of the Academy of Arts abroad (1900 – 1902). In Paris he studied in the workshop of J. - P. Laurens. Academician of the Academy of Arts since 1916. From 1923 he lived and worked in Paris until the end of his life. The works are presented in the Museum of the Academy of Arts. GRM, etc.
