Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 1983). In 1960 he graduated from the Ryazan Art School, then in 1967 from the art department of the Moscow Printing Institute. The artist’s personal exhibitions were held in a number of cities, including in 1991 in Moscow at the Central House of Artists. The artist's works are kept in many collections.
