Shpakovsky Vladimir Evgenievich (born in 1950, Khomsk village, Brest region)

Soviet and Russian painter. Honored Artist of Russia. Member of the Eurasian Union of Artists, professor, dean of the painting department of the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (VGII). Graduated from the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute in 1972. Since 1987, a participant in art exhibitions. The author's works are presented in the collection of the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy, in many regional museums and private collections.
