Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Repina. Famous works: monuments to Pushkin, Lenin, Chekhov, Vera Mukhina, Ulanova “The Victorious Warrior”, Sailors and creators of the Russian Navy in St. Petersburg, portraits of V.M. Bekhtereva, Yu.M. Yuryeva, G.S. Titova, A.S. Yakovleva, G.V. Sviridova, N.K. Cherkasov, memorial to the “Heroic Defenders of Leningrad”, composition “Peace” in Nagasaki Peace Park. He took part in numerous exhibitions, including personal ones, in Russia and abroad. His works are exhibited in leading museums in Russia and abroad.

Description:The sculptural composition "Happy Childhood" was created by the sculptor in the 1980s and later presented as a gift to the Japanese city of Osaka from St. Petersburg, where it remains in Nagai Park.
