* Factory of diamond, gold and silver products I.P. Khlebnikov.

The owner and founder of the factory, Ivan Petrovich Khlebnikov, first showed his works in 1872 together with P.A. Ovchinnikov at the Moscow Polytechnic Exhibition. For his work, Khlebnikov was awarded two large gold medals. In 1872, he was awarded the title “Supplier of the Court of the Sovereign Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolaevich.” In 1879, for unique works, products on special orders, and interior design of the Moscow Kremlin cathedrals, he was awarded the honorary title “Supplier of the Court of His Imperial Majesty”, received permission to be called “Supplier of the Russian Imperial Court” and depict the state coat of arms on the sign and brands. At the same time, Khlebnikov’s company was awarded the title of supplier to the courts of the kings of Denmark, the Netherlands, Serbia and the Prince of Montenegro.
