Kaiser Porcelain Manufactory

Kaiser Porcelain Manufactory (1872 - 2000)

The Kaiser porcelain factory was founded by August Albot in 1872 in Coburg (Germany). In 1898, production was moved to Kronach, where a larger plant equipped with modern equipment was built. By 1982, Kaiser-Porzellan porcelain products had already gained worldwide fame. They were especially valued among collectors, as well as porcelain lovers, for whom individual pieces, such as animal figurines, were objects of collection. For the 200th anniversary of the United States, the Bavarian factory released products in the form of the American coat of arms, as well as its symbol, the bald eagle, in a limited edition of 200 copies. The model for these pieces was developed by the famous Italian sculptor Giuseppe Tagliariol.
