Since 1929, he worked in the laboratory of the Moscow Museum of Ceramics and collaborated with the Dmitrov Porcelain Factory. The author of porcelain compositions based on Russian folk tales, heroic and epic in nature, worked in the field of monumental sculpture. Since 1954 - Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Arts.
