Pavlovskaya Nadezhda Alekseevna (born 1925)

Soviet and Russian sculptor. In 1951 she graduated from the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School named after. V. M. Mukhina. Since 1955 - member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Since 1953, he has been a regular participant in various regional, zonal and republican exhibitions. In the 1950s she worked at the Riga Porcelain and Earthenware Factory and the Pervomaisky Porcelain Factory. She worked in both monumental and easel sculpture. The author’s main monumental works include a decorative composition near the building of the Theater for Young Spectators “Bird” (Volgograd, 1969), a sculptural composition at the Pionerskaya station (Volgograd, 1979), and a Monument to civilians who died in the Battle of Stalingrad (Volgograd, 1995). The author's works are in the collection of the Volgograd Museum of Fine Arts named after I.I. Mashkov, as well as in private collections.
