Posyado Anatoly Ivanovich (1908 - 1987).

Sculptor. He studied at the Art Studio of the USSR Union of Artists (since 1934) with A. T. Matveev and L. R. Malko and at the Moscow State Art Institute (1937–1945) with V. N. Domogatsky, L. V. Sherwood and R. R. Iodko, and later with A. T. Matveev. During the Great Patriotic War he worked in the creative team of D. S. Moor. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1946. Worked in monumental, monumental-decorative and easel sculpture. Author of the sculptural group “Wounded Soldier from the Budennovsky Troops” (1955) and sculptural portraits of Alexander Nevsky (1946), M. V. Frunze (1966), S. M. Budyonny (1975 and 1982), A. V. Suvorov (1979), K. E. Voroshilov (1980), V. I. Chapaev (1980), G. K. Zhukova (1985). Animal painter, the largest specialist in the field of creating equestrian monuments in Soviet monumental art. Author of monuments to: G. I. Kotovsky in Chisinau (1954), M. V. Frunze in Bishkek (1967), K. E. Voroshilov in Voroshilovgrad (1981).
