Sculptor. She studied at the Ceramics Department of the Rezekne Art Secondary School (1966) and graduated from the Sculpture Department of the State Academy of Arts of the LSSR named after T. Zalkalns (1975). Participating in exhibitions in Latvia and abroad since 1971. She worked at the Riga Porcelain Factory from 1966 to 1979, starting in a modeling workshop, then as a sculptor in an art laboratory. In 1980, Vera Weisa took part in the international symposium of medal-winning artists in Hungary.
