Afanasyeva Lyubov Rodionovna

Soviet porcelain artist, sculptor. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1982). In 1954 she graduated from the Faculty of Architectural and Artistic Ceramics of the Leningrad Higher Art and Industrial School (LVHPU). In 1954 - 1970s. worked at the Leningrad porcelain factory at GIKI. In the 1970s - 1990s. worked at the Leningrad Porcelain Factory. Lomonosov. In 1982 she received the VDNKh bronze medal for the “Fruits” service, in 1985 - the VDNKh silver medal for the “Scarlet” service. The author's works are presented in the State Hermitage, the Kuskovo Estate Museum, the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg and other museums, as well as in private collections.
