Tarasenko Valery Vasilievich (1911 - 1979)

Soviet artist. Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Since 1929, he studied at the art college in Saratov with V.M. Justitsky. From 1933 to 1939 he studied at the Moscow Art Institute with K.N. Istomina, P.I. Lvova, P.Ya. Pavlinova, M.S. Rodionova. Since the 1940s he has been a participant in city, republican and all-Union exhibitions. Since 1946, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1983, a personal exhibition took place in Moscow. The author's works are presented in the art gallery of the city of Krasnoarmeysk and in other museums, as well as in private collections.
