Tartakovsky Isaac Iosifovich (1912, Volochinsk, Ukraine -2002, Kyiv).

Ukrainian painter. People's Artist of Ukraine. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Lived and worked in Kyiv. In the 1950s took part in all-Union art exhibitions. Master of portrait and thematic painting. In 1976, I.I. Tartakovsky was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine, and in 1993 he was awarded the title of People's Artist of Ukraine.
