Teterin Viktor Kuzmich (1922, village of Bakharevo, Tver region - 1991, St. Petersburg).

Russian Soviet artist. Painter, graphic artist. Member of the Leningrad Union of Artists since 1953. Studied at the LDP art studio with M.A. Gorokhova and A.R. Eberling. Entered the Moscow State Art Institute (1944, workshop of A.A. Osmerkin). In 1949 he graduated from the I. Repin LIZHSA (workshop of M.I. Avilov). Participant of exhibitions and member of the Union of Artists since 1949. Member of the Eleven group since 1972. From 1949 to 1956 he taught painting at the Leningrad Art and Art Pedagogical University. He painted portraits, landscapes, still lifes, and genre compositions. A personal exhibition took place in Leningrad in 1966. The artist’s works are in the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum, the State Art Museum of Bryansk, Vladivostok, Roslavl (Smolensk region).
