Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (1983). Graduated from the Kazan Art College (1974), Surikov Institute (1980). Since 1981 he has taken part in Moscow, all-Union and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were held in Russia, France, Croatia, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Chile. In 2007 he took part in the Florence Biennale, Italy. The artist's works are stored in galleries, museums and foundations in Russia, galleries and private collections in Austria, America, England, Belgium, Germany, Holland, India, Italy, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia.
