People's Artist of Russia. Born in 1935 in Ryazan. Lives permanently in Ryazan. Graduated from the Ryazan Art School. He painted large paintings and portraits, but his landscapes and still lifes received great appreciation. Participant of many exhibitions, including personal, group, zonal, republican, all-Union and international. His works are in a number of museums, in the Ryazan Art Museum, the State Museum-Reserve of S.A. Yesenin, were reproduced in postcards and separate publications.
