Soviet and Russian art critic, teacher, professor, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Studied at the Moscow Krasnopresnenskaya Art School. In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov from the studio of the portrait of Professor I.S. Glazunov. From 1992 to 1996 Trained at the Creative Painting Workshops of the Russian Academy of Arts under the guidance of academicians A.P. Tkachev and S.P. Tkachev. A regular participant in art exhibitions since 1980. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1988. Fellow of the Ministry of Culture of Russia since 1997. The artist’s works are in private collections in Russia, Spain, and England. Paintings by Tretyakov N.N. were presented as gifts on behalf of the President and Government of Russia.
