Tsibarev Viktor Egorovich

He graduated from the Penza Art School (1949), then from the Kharkov Art Institute. Since 1955, a permanent participant in international, all-Union, republican, zonal and regional exhibitions. In 1955 – 1956 worked as the chief artist of the Omsk Youth Theater. In 1956 he was accepted as a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, worked as chairman of the Kemerovo branch of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR (1957-1960). He taught at the Kemerovo Art School (1972-1975). In 1978 – 1979 made a creative trip to BAM, under the impression of which he created many works. Since 1979 he lived and worked in Penza, taught at the Penza Art School. Savitsky. The artist's personal exhibitions were held in Penza (1982, 1985, 1995). Works by V.E. Tsibarev's works are in art galleries in Moscow, Pskov, and in many collections in the USA, Japan, Germany, Poland and Finland.
