Tsigal Sergey Viktorovich (1949).

From 1980 to 1986 he studied at the Moscow Higher Art and Industrial School (formerly Stroganov). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. The artist's works are in the State Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin (Moscow), Bryansk Regional Art Museum (Bryansk), Ivanovo Regional Art Museum (Ivanovo), Kemerovo Regional Museum of Fine Arts (Kemerovo), State Darwin Museum (Moscow).
