Tsybulnik Isaac Petrovich (1909, Kyiv - ?).

Painter. Member of the Union of Artists. He studied at the Kiev Art Institute, then at the All-Ukrainian Art Institute under I.I. Brodsky and A.A. Shovkunenko. Participant of republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were held in 1943, 1963, 1981, 1989, 1995, 1999. The artist’s works are in the Kiev Museum of Ukrainian Art, in the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War, as well as in museums in Samara, Kyiv, Ulyanovsk.
