Warhol Andy

American artist, producer, designer, writer, collector, magazine publisher and film director, one of the main representatives of the pop art movement and contemporary art in general. Warhol relied on replicated, familiar images: canned soup, a bottle of Coca-Cola, photographs of celebrities and famous political figures. In addition to painting, he was engaged in photography, directed and shot films, was a producer of the rock band Velvet Underground, and published Interview magazine.
