Varentsov Alexander Alekseevich (1949, Kalinin region).

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, Honored Artist of Russia, awarded diplomas of the Union of Artists of Russia, regional and city Committees of Culture. Corresponding member of the Petrovsky Academy of Arts and Sciences. Awarded a silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. In 1971 Graduated from the art and graphic department of the Leningrad Pedagogical Institute. Herzen. In 1973 organized an art school in Novgorod and worked there as a director until 1992.
