Vasiliev Yuri Ivanovich (1924, Narofominsk, Moscow region -1975).

In 1949 he graduated from the Moscow Art School in memory of 1905. Participant of republican, regional and international exhibitions since 1951. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1957. Since 1961, he was deputy secretary of the creative group of Podolsk artists, a member of the board of the Moscow Union of Artists. The artist's works are in many regional museum collections, as well as in private collections.
